Yesterday was ok, sort of. No stats tracked yet, but a lot of grazing on nuts and carby things like crackers. A true one time only event. I hope I hit my protein goal.
For today, time to get back to reality. I'm back to real meals with protein first, etc. I'm also phasing out the carbs and headed for the protein train.
