Hope you're enjoying this nice long holiday weekend.  Finish up the last of the left overs.  Freeze them, do something with them, but no mindless grazing.   Tell the whole truth and be accountable. Are you handling those leftovers or are they controlling you?

I'm easing back into reality and out of holiday mode.  No more left overs.  As of yesterday I lowered the carbs and upped the protein.  I'm taking a little time off from counting my calories and other stats until tomorrow.  If I did Thanksgiving day on program then the weekend is a breeze. 

One thing I did notice is that a few days of regular carb eating has me bloated even though portions and calories are in check.  Low carb eating just feels better.  I'll try and stay off the scale for awhile because I know this gas and bloating will have it moving in the wrong direction.  Seeing that temporary weight gain will just make me loose my mind.

Hey MSW

I am so glad I stayed in control on Thanksgiving,  I got full really fast and only had a small bit of ham and turkey and a tiny bit of sweet potatoes. 

I am going to kick my ass into a different eating mode tomorrow morning.  I will not eat low carb but I will cut them down a bit cause I have been eating well over 100 a day for the past week.   I'll go down to 70 or 80 may and will actually track them by writing it down.

My running is killing me but i'm gonna fini**** and then I don't really know what i'm going to do.  I am thinking I will start really working on my belly and try to get my 3 pack back.

 For holding it down on T-day.  You are really doing it with the running girl.  Let me know your ab routine.  I'll need to switch in a couple of weeks and I desparately need variety.
