Thanks in advance!

I fear snacks will be my undoing.  I try to stick with pork skins and low carb protein bars like atkins daybreak.  I'm looking forward to the replies cause I need snack ideas too.

my new favorite, meal/snack choice is Vanilla flavored greek yogurt with a little bit of honey.  Oh my!  It is yummy.  Its super high in protein and tastes more like a treat than something good for you.

Hey I do the baked chips...They taste really good..and Nutrigrain bars...Also the townhouse wheat crackers are really good...Also the rice crispie treats are only 90 calories and 7 grams of sugar...so it is not bad....Hope this helps...

I eat whatever I want and I am still losing!   I don't have to worry about counting calories or not losing enough.

I do try to have chips, sweets, etc in moderation cause they don't have any real nutritional value, but when I want some I have it without fear or guilt.

I can also eat what I want and have lost alsmot 150 lbs since surgery by having a healthy lifestyle. With keeping with that healthy lifestyle and to be successful longterm I know a permanent diet of chips, cookies and other garbage that finds it way into my mouth as snacks is not what I want and will get me either fat or unhealthy.

I'm with you Ms Diva!

Part of wls is mastering how to satisfy what you crave in a healthy and controlled manner.  The all I can eat junk diet is not the way to an emotionally healthy relationship with food.  An occaisional treat is one thing, but regular poor quality eating catches up to you.  Lets hear some sensible health concious snack ideas.
