Black Friday Shopping

Did anybody get any good deals? I did not dare brave the early am crowd but made it out around 10am.  I missed out on the Wii bundle that they had at SAMS club but I cleaned up at the Outlets in Hershey, PA. Bought clothes, jewelry &, girl fragrances (Pacman)  for the girls and 2 suits for myself (Gaspers) for 50% off. I got certificates for money off future purchases too. Dual DVD player for car was $99 at SAMS.  I am going to keep a look out for another good deal on Wii....I think SAMS may reorder some. It had the system and controller for 2 plus 5 games for $349. I think thats the best deal I've seen so far.

How did you all do? Hope no one was trampled.

Guurrrrrl the only place that I went today was the grocery store and to the beauty supply for some black beeswax. My sister told me that she couldn't even get into half of the stores that she went to. I'll do my shopping during the day once everybody is back to work.

That's a really good idea Que....nothing like shopping without all the hustle and bustle....long lines etc...  I usually try to do most of my grocery shopping passed 10pm. I love literally having the store to myself.

I went to Walmart with my daughter at 2am. She stood in line for the 42" plasma and I stood in line for the PS3 bundle. My sisters were lucky to get the items that were released early and the picked up the blu rays and PS3 games for me. I was at home by 6am.

Oh yeah, there was tons of fights out there. My GF hubby is the chief of police for a neighboring town and she told me that there was mad crazy back up called for another Walmart location.

I got everything that I needed since I also shopped online yesterday for some items that I needed from Best Buy.

I tried to do Walmart...one Black Friday years ago and I swore never again. It was crazy because after I stood in line for almost three hours to get a great deal on a computer. The harsh reality set in after I realized that I was going to have to wait in another line for 2 more hours to pay for the dayum thing.

Well I went to ToysR Us at 2am with my BF which I do not have same children she has a small little girl I just didnt want her shopping alone but anyways I wasnt looking for anything in particular but I got a refrigerator,microwave,range,dishwasher, and front load washer and dryer all these items were whrilpool for less $2,890 plus a $625.00 mail in rebate now that was a deal and all had to was go pay for it today I picked it out and had it in the computer on tuesday I also got a hp printer for $25.00 I wasnt looking for that I say and I got it and my son want some video games for his PS3 I got those at best buy for $34.00 it was a good deal two games for the price of one I got a good deals at target I was not going to fight with nobody about that stuff because it was so not worth it at all I have basically finished my shopping

Guurrrrrl you cleaned house!  I bet that front loading washer is the bomb. I always thought about getting one of those but always second guessed myself thinking about service. I am sure they are no more difficult to service than the others. Whirlpool is my preferred brand then Kenmore so it sounds like you got some great deals!  Enjoy!

This would have been my first black friday *sigh* oh well there is always next year....LOL

Gurl.....it feels so good to sleep in when you can....don't it?.....I was right there too...until my cousin called. So she helped motivate me to get my butt out there. 

I took advantage of online sales.

I got 2 laptops,  one for my sister in law and one for my neice
I got 3 digital camcorders from QVC for 3 of my friends
