Que,  I could never understand why Thanksgiving was a day to eat until one is over stuffed and sick !!

I enjoy the thought of giving thanks.  I truly do and I am thankful everyday.  My mom, brother and I had a small meal together.   Had it not been for my brother,  mom and I would had BLT's :)

And then in the evening,  my friend, was over to watch some football.  A blessed day !!

Thanksgiving was not as hard as I thought.  I ate what I wanted but in small portions and released that old need to have a little of everything for once. 

Yesterday I grazed on the nibbles left from our Thanksgiving morning brunch and the sf pies.  I have two little dishes of leftover Thanksgiving dinner for the weekend as I ease onto that protein train.  I'm back on protein first today. 

Thanksgiving for me was not bad at all. I had a spoonfull of everything......and didnt even eat all that. I did notice that some of my fav things tasted horrible. I just did my normal nibbling and then I was done. My family is very supportive of my decision, so they are use to the way that I eat. We all laugh together b/c my 1.5 year old great-neice eats more than me. LOL! I know..................its sad. LOL!
