I did good yesterday and had a blast too.  I am thankful for being able to hold my liquor again!  I ate about 1400 calories and drank another 400 in wine leaving me aroung 50 calories off my basic needs for a sedentary lifestyle for the day.  I had not planned to track yesterday but the urge to screw it up late night got me to thinking.  Knowing the figures stopped me.

Moderation worked for me on Thanksgiving. 

I did a bad thing for today (fail to plan, plan to fail) I didn't pack anything for work.  I have only had tea this morning.  I am hungry but I don't want to succumb to the vending machine madness.  I did find 2 protein drinks in my drawer, but I will have to order out for lunch and I plan on making good choices.

I'm very  pleased how good I did yesterday. I didn't eat a lot of food so I stay within my calories count yesterday. I did eat alot of turkey to keep my protein good.

This morning I had ham and eggs for breakfast trying to stay away from the carbs today. I love sweet potatoes pie so I will have a small piece later. But the treadmill here I come.
