Three years ago, I began a quest to improve my quality of life. It was the loneliest feeling I've ever experienced because I chose to go to my surgery alone, with only an inner knowledge that I'd get off of the table alive. I have no regrets & there have been so many changes in since my rebirth three years ago today. I thank God for the experiences, both good and bad, for they are valuable lessons in being a constant work in progress.
Here's hoping everyone had a fantastic Thanksgiving Day. I know I"m thankful.
