How strict? Same rules...............I'm in. I've been on antibiotics and I'm retaining water..............any suggestions?
When nothing else could help................LOVE lifted me!!!!

half power bagel with crunchy peanut butter..yumm.....whole dutch apple bagel with cream cheese, coffee.......i know, i know.........Ive been starving lately also, found myself scarfing down sushi (with chop sticks) in traffic yesterday on the way home from work........wow, whats up with that....lol........

sounds as if you've gone into holiday eating mode.  Cut it out quickly or you will be sorry..lol.

Yeah.......I know.  I reserve that for later in the day.  The pouch doesn't welcome it until after lunch for some reason.  But I have a delicious 40g+ shake every afternoon for my snack.  I get in about 60-75 grams a day at least each day.  I just can't seem to tolerate it very well early in the mornings.

I screwed up and ate 1/2 of a bacon/egg/cheese croissant sandwich early this morning before having my coffee/tea (I always have to drink something warm first thing in the a.m before eating)  Unfortunately, it had me making a mad dash to  about 5 minutes later.  Haven't eaten anything since then so I guess my breakfast consisted of NOTHING!!
