10K UnderWay...WEEK 7 HAS BEGUN....... Man this is really hard

This morning run kicked my AZZ, by the second run I was dying and wanted to quit.
Today the runs was (6) 9 minutes and dam those were the longest 9 min followed by the shortest 1 min walks, for 64 minutes. Dam this is really getting really hard.
The runs are really difficult now and you really have to push hard not to stop. My lungs were killing me during this run I had to hit my inhaler, and I did so without stopping. I am so glad this run is complete because it was tough.
I don't think any of my runners are on week 7, but wherever you are keep going.
Have a Great Run !!!
I'm going to send my posts over to you. lol :) If that's ok? I think it's just myself and heaven delight anyway. My back has been killing me and I went to the doctor to find out I cracked a rib when I had pneumonia........a sister has just been so messed up. lol :) I can't complete the run at this time........dayum.

Holy Crap, a cracked rib OUCH !!!
Man I know that must hurt.
This running program is kicking my azz. It is so hard I swear I would love to quit, but I made it this far and it's only 3 weeks left so i'm gonna see this sucker to the end, alone or not.
Most runners have gotten sick or realized that the 10K is to much for them and decided to bow out.
But i'm still here still running.
I am stil hanging in there. I am on week 8 day 1 of C25K. I ran in the park yesterday since it was so nice out. I will still have to continue my treadmill runs becuase I just cant get myself to run fast outdoors. I slow to a light jog. On the treadmill, I can control my speed, so I will use the treadmill as my main workout and jog outside on my extra workout days.
I did the Urban Dare Houston on Saturday and I need to post about it but I can not get my photos to load.
3 days left till my thxgiving day run
Nothing tastes as good as being thin feels!

Running outside is so much harder, I run a lot slower outside also because it hurts my knees, ankles, and back cause the ground is so hard.
Congrats on the Urban Dare, and I can't wait to see the pictures.
That ear congestion went straight to my head and chest so I am still down, but can't wait to get back to running.
I know I cannot run with this chest congestion so week 6 still holding.
Keep going Lee! With you in spirit!
If I am gonna eat like a fat girl, then I gotta workout like a skinny girl!
