I'm preparing to have a little of everything and still be on plan for the week overall. How many extra calories are you prepared to handle?

V'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
It was my high carb day and I managed to keep the fat and sodium in check in spiteof it. No fried food or nuts. Lots of beans and some ff chips. Protein as required, but no extra to keep the calories down.
Calories 987/ fat 23g/ net carbs 113g/ protein 63g/ liquids 80 oz/ all supplements. I've sucked on the exercise this week. Some days with good reason, but most days not. Next week has to be exercise light but it will be daily excepting tomorrow.
I've banked a few calories for the holiday weekend but thanks to Faith I know I need twice as much. I'll likely eat 3000 extra calories next week so I will continue to cut back now and for a few days after Thanksgiving too. I'm on track with 2.4 lbs gone this week but I need to loose at least 2 lbs again next week to stay on schedule.
