OT- Do people ask your age?

Yeah they ask when we are talking about children and I tell them I have five and had them all by the time I was 25.
I'm happy to say I'm 56 and glad when they act surprized.

I don't get asked my age, but I am always perceived to be younger. So when folks find out that I am 41 years old, they are shocked which makes me feel good.

What's funny is the young 21-26 year old men who keep hitting on me because they think I'm in my 20's... That part I love.. But NOT the part when they say "what up Ma?" is that the new pick up line these days?

NOW when I was heavy, I looked like somebody's grandmother... BUT no one wanted to tell me that... LOL

I am open about age but you're right, its nobody's business. Our times have people thinking everything is public info.

Not too many people care about being pegged as younger but no one wants to be tagged as older than they are. I consider anyone five years in either direction within my age range. I may have to change my mind the first time someone tags me as a senior before I'm elligible for aarp. Fortunately most people still shave years off of my 47.
