DID 30 MINUTES ON THE TREADMILL
35 MINUTES WITH THE BIGGEST LOSER BODY SCUPTING
BREAKFAST - OATMEAL WITH RAISINS, NUTS, AND STRAWBERRIES
SNACK A HAND FULL OF HEART HEALTHY NUTS
LUNCH - BLACKENED CHICKEN WITH BROCOLLI
SNACK - SF WATERMELON JELLO
DINNER - PROLLY THE SAME THING I HAD FOR LUNCH
NO AFTERNOON WORKOUT FOR ME TODAY, MY LEGS HURT LOL.
SO HOW'D YOU DO TODAY????
