Question for the Post Ops....What are you guys doing about....

The Ungodly FLATULANCE????

Hey Fam...It's good to be back!!!

Ok, so I know I am not the only one suffering from this... I seem to make those around me suffer too.

I have tried the Beano, Gas-X, Ginger and Ho****er. None of those remedies seem to work. So I find myself passing up gassy foods especially veggies and Dairy products. I know this isn't healthy, but it seems to be a temporary fix until someone give me the magic potion to rid this big embarrasing problem.

What seems to work for you?

***Most Embarrasing moment***
Passing gas on the elevator after I thought the coast was clear, only for the elevator doors to open on the floor before my floor. Who walks in???? MY EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR and Japanese Guest!!!

Talk about a Lonnnnnnnnnggggggggg awkward ride to my floor which was only one more level up!

I actually have the opposite problem...... I can't get things MOVING!!!

I just bought yet ANOTHER laxative to try out today - I'm so blowed up I look like I need ANOTHER tummy tuck!!!!!

@ the elevator - I cut one in an aisle at CVS couple weeks ago, thought I had it to myself, pink lady come walking down.... ummm..... I was like 'this is not the right aisle for pantyhose!'...........

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions! I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

Naw - I don't do that - I don't stick around once it's out! LOL I'm chilly cold blood on holding a faut till I EXIT the elevator - let them mofos wonder and sit in THAT till they get to they floor!!!!

SO glad I work in a one story now........ LOL!!!!! But I am a killer in my office in the afternoons!!!! I KEEP a spray can at the ready!!! Almost had a heart attack after I cut one one day and my boss showed up and I hadn't sprayed yet..... felt like a mofo on the bomb squad fighting the countdown to pick the red or blue wire......

Try Lucy Lebeaus Green tea from GNC for constipation. That will definitly get you moving. Milk of Magnesium works well too. Don't plan to go far from a private restroom when you do.

Blowin em up in the office huh? Lol.

I don't know why, but I haven't had the gas problem...not as bad as some others...I might cut one that makes me almost die like once every 3 months, but thats it. For regularity, try Miralax. It dissolves in your water (or any other liquid) and is tasteless. Gentle, and works pretty well. I take that a few times a week.

My most embarrassing moment tops yours. Lets just say there were only two of us in the room, and in a position in which there was no doubt who it came from. I would have loved to say the noise came from a different place, but the smell was God aweful.

Working on me - want to be better in everyway not just physically!!! Its a process no time to judge or be judged!!!!
