I am back on the accountability track trying lose these 15 pound before my birthday December 14 so I will start the 5 pouch next Friday after thanksgiving.

Thats a good idea for me between the holidays.  I'm trying to drop this last 18 lbs by January.  I'll do it with you.

Well here's what I did so far this week.  NOTHING!

I ate well: for yesterday calories 1375/ protein 119g/ fats 91g/ net carbs 29g/ liquids 72oz/ all vits taken
Exercise, none for two days.  I can catch up in a couple of days but I must start today.

The real issue is my mind is not where it should be.  I'm distracted by legitimate issues but No Mercy and No Excuses.  I need to focus on my plan and do what I already know works for me.  

My calories have been flat but I need to cycle calories to loose.  My first workout should be upon rising daily to achieve my best results.   Not eating regularly slows my metabolism yet its noon and all I've had today are vits and water.  I know that simply eating less than I burn does not sustain wl for me yet thats all I've done this week. 

There is more than one type of self sabatage out there folks.

still sticking to my protein and veggie regimen...did real good yesterday and the scales have moved down 1.8 pounds!!! 

I'm shopping around for a WII Fit - gonna try that since my time and resources are limited and I can't do the gym thing.

Now thats the way to do it.  You know what's not working so you find another avenue.   on the 1.8 lbs.

Ok its time for me to be held accountable, so that I can maintain..Ive been slippin and by the grace of God no major weight gain. please hit me on the back line...so i know what type of info i need to record... Thanks

We can't have slippin', goal is too hard to reach to slip!  

No requirements or rules here. 
Tell how you've done, what you plan, rant, rave, ask questions, offer advice, tell someone they are fkcuing up (from a place of love of course).  Whatever moves you.
