4 Years Later...

Ok so I've been MIA for a min....but TODAY is my suriversary and I had my follow up with my surgeon a couple of weeks ago...NO REGAIN...Great labs with the exception of low vitamin C (so I now take double the dose I was taking)...he said I'm a "poster child for WLS" .

Here's why this is amazing to me....
September 2, 2009...I was notified that due to MD budget deficit the University eliminated my position...yeah I lost my job...BUT I was blessed to get severence AND I started a new job yesterday making MORE MONEY and SAME BENEFITS...even my retirement rolled over. So, now I'm county and not state...that's the only difference. I managed all that stress of losing my job and trying to find a new one without gaining any weight  Now I'm back in the saddle   THANK YOU to all that stayed in touch through FB...Pastor Di....Kim B...Yall have a special place in my heart

Thank you Rhonda...it was REALLY hard for a while...worried about losing the job...possibly the house...posiibly no health insurance....BUT it all worked out because I prayed and stayed positive and focused!!!
