Looks like today is the day for ppl poppin in to say !  LOL.  I swear though, I lurked for a minute and was feeling like Sophia on the Color Purple "I don't know yall no mo" Well I just wanted to pop in and say wassup to my old heads and  to all the newbies!!!  I've been doing well, living life.  I was in a big stall for a moment (couldn't get outta my own way) But thanks to a bad case of the from not doing the right thang, I am now back on track and the scale is moving again.  I've refocused and thought what better way than to come back HOME!  I hope everyone is well.  I missed you guys !
