Have you heard that iron should be taken separate from anything else?

Information = Iron should be taken separate of anything containing calcium, it interferes with the absorption.  Weird that they put them both in multi-vit but they are trying to make money not healthy people.

Iron should be taken with Vitamin C (about 500 mg) for better absorption and tolerbility.

I actually had a bowl of chili for breakfast....just focused on the protein. I made a huge pot over the weekend...and have a feeling I will be eating chili until I have beans for eye balls.....LOL! I am the only one feeling the chili......it seems!

Sounds like me and the huge pot of gumbo I made last weekend.  I seperated it into smaller containers and froze it.
