It all's begining to sound so cliche to me now but so does anything that gets repeated repeatedly. Have some fun today and work your tool!

Calories 1162/ fat 57g/ carbs net 34.6g/ protein 99.8g/ exercise 802 calories/ liquids 72 oz/ deficit 975 calories.
Nothing remarkable except that I managed to dine out unexpectedly and still hold it together. It was a veritable carb fest with everything I wanted and all the proteins I love but my pouch hates. I found a middle ground and did fine.
It was my first late night supper post op. Unplanned meals usually end in too many carbs, too little protein and regrets. My last meal was scheduled for after the club and I held to the plan at the restaurant. I'm learning, I'll get there.
