I went to a wave class at Crunch and I found it to be fun. I found it to be a lot like a step in step aerobics. It wasn't the exact step thing they use in the firm, but it was shaped exactly like it.
I think a lot of the stuff you can do with it can be done with a standard stuff except for when you stand on it and swivel.
I would not buy it for myself , but if you think it would be useful.
The firm has a ton of great workouts though.
I honestly believe anything will work it's just a matter of doing it.
My friend and I have been talking about this one cause it claims to really work the abs. Not too badly priced but with the s&h it comes to $80.
I've got mdf, 2x4's a saw and some nails so I can make me a step, lol. I also have no sense of balance so standing and swiveling is definetly out. I'll have to give it some thought but if it will relly work the abs and bust this gut it might just be worth it.
I knew if anyone would know about this it would be you.

A lot of the exercises with this is exercises you can do on a step .
