I am 2 years 8 months out. I had RNY.

My pouch only held very little up until September when out of nowhere I was just able to eat a large amount (compared to what I'd been eating). It did not happen gradually but very suddenly.

Breakfast:
1 breakfast taco with 1/2 the usual amount off egg, bacon, potatoes.
(too much eggs make me feel very bad-typically can tolerate only 1/2 of an egg)
or
3/4 bowl of cereal with 2% milk & 1/2 banana
or
3/4 order of french toast, 2 slices of bacon (I will feel very full)
or
1/2 waffle, 2 slices bacon (I will feel very full)
or
1/2 buttered croissant ( a whole croissant makes me sick)

I can no longer eat a whole egg, drink milk unless with cereal, drink OJ (acid burn),

Lunch
1/2 a wrap and chips
1 whole sandwich and 1/2 bag of chips
Usually half of whatever meal I am served.
Today I ate chick fil A and consumed 7 nuggets and all the fries ( i usually cant do alot of fries)

Dinner:
1 Chicken thigh (although I will usually choose a leg) with about 1/2 serving of 2 sides
I can get down a good amount of fish
Very, very small portions of pasta
1-2 Ribs
Very little beef
3/4 of a hamburger (really a little more its just that last bite that I cant stomach)
I can eat 2 whole crunchy tacos if I chew them very well
I can eat 1-1 1/2 slices of pizza (crust and all)

Snack:
Popcorn ( I can get it down w/o a problem)
1 whole snickers bar
1/2 bag of chips from snack machine
cake
cookies (subway size) more than 1 makes me sick
sunflower seeds
Klondike bar (3/4 is enough but I always eat the whole thing and wind up feeling sick)

Beverages:
Sweet Tea (98% of the time)
Water (1%)
juice (1%)

Almost 3 yrs out and I still cant do much pasta, eggs, milk, butter, sausage patty, fried/greasy foods, OJ, carbonated drinks BUT I can and do eat everything else.

Nothing tastes as good as being thin feels!

I'm 6 months out and I can eat & yes, these are my meals as of now.

1/2 a fresco soft shell beef taco from the bell

2-3 oz of chili

4 chix nugets from BK

3-4 oz of a tom, cuke, nut, bacon & cheese salad.

1 1/2 oz of a cubed pork steak or cubed beef steak

2-3 oz of frito pie

3 oz of greens

1/2 slice of pizza, as long as it's not thin crust

Chinese food don't like me at the moment & with the exception of the nuggets, chicken, eggs & I are frenemies.  Although I don't have any problems with sweets so far.

Gurrl, I was contemplating going back to visit my friends in HI for my b'day trip.  One of the reasons I didn't go is because I wouldnt be able to hardly anything at this point.  Normally HI is my paradise all around, including their food,  as they got the best food on earth, especialy if you love asian food.  My tail can't even tolerate rice.  Oh, Hawaii got plenty of fat asians, check out the Hawaii board. LOL,  thing is in HI they love to pair starches with starches.  I.e. baked beans over rice, spaghetti over rice, noodles over rice...everything w/rice.
