I got it right yesterday.  Gingerale and correctol, who knew?  Got my fluids in, supplements, eating, exercise all down with a calorie deficit around 1200, right where I need it to be.   

Today I'm reducing the carbs, pushing for some movement on the scale since I've had none so far this week.  Cardio done for the day.  Strength to follow and a little yoga too.

LOL @ gingerale and correctol - WHY did I have the SAME thing last night????

I'm good to go for today - did my shake and toast this morning, just finished my cheese and lunch meat snack, turkey chili for lunch and will have lasgna for dinner.

They just put unsweet tea in the soda fountain here at work, so water intake is about to get REAL easy for a sista! 

  but I KNOW me and exercise haven't been getting together enough and bedroom antics do NOT count!!!!! LOL

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

I will be having a gingerale and correctol ****tail hour weekly from now on. 

As for exercise, bedroom antics do have an assigned value for mets so calculating you calorie burn can be done!

Alright Sisters.............what's the correctol and ginger ale..... give it up???

I'm still not feeling well and now I'm trying to catch up on all my school work so..............I haven't done any exercise in the past two weeks but I need to get moving and I know it....................thanks for the accountability.

We know your story.  You'll be right back on it when you've recovered fully. 

The gingerale correctol ****tail came about because liquids are like swallowing rocks on the pouch lately.  Faith suggested gingerale to clear some gas, then Trina mentioned correctol and bloating. 

Solution found.  Popped three correctol and had 48 oz of ginger ale yesterday.  I can drink again and I'm no longer full of ****
