And NO jokes about Covergirl or any 'white' line of products!!!!!  LOL

MAC has discontinued the shade of studio stick foundation that matches me perfectly!

I'm looking for a replacement - wondering what lines out there work for you guys?  anyone use perscriptives or clinque?  I need meduim to full coverage - don't really like liquid foundation, but I'm open to what #1 matches and #2 doesn't cost more than $40 for one tube/vial/compact.

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

Before MAC I used Bobbi Brown, stick with their translucent finishing powder.  (I only started using MAC because I need a winter and a summer shade in BB where my MAC shade blends year round.)

I don't know current prices, but it was around $37 at Sacks five years back.  Worth every penny.  Apply with a brush and a little goes a long way.  With concealer, a stick lasted me around six months.

The cosmeticians are good.  When they could not match me one winter they sent me to MAC.

I like to use Guerlain's terracotta bronzer (powder) whenever I wear foundation.  It's beautiful on our skin.  i can wear shade #1 or #2, but you would need shade #1.

I was using the Mac Studio Fix compact but it was too heavy for my skin for everyday use. Now I use the Perfectly Real Compact by Clinique. It's hypoallergenic and very light on the skin.

Hope that helps

MM I just bought some concealer from dermablend and its been worth every penny ($20 but I got it for 20% off this past weekend)!  I think they would have a shade would match you well.  You can buy it at Ulta (bonus if it doesnt work for you can bring it back).  Also be sure to go the MAC website they have discontinued items there.  You might be able to buy a couple of your studio stick foundation before they are gone for good!
