Well I haven't posted because I have been so dahum bad with my eating habits. I gotta do better. I did get my water and vitamins in on yesterday and today. But eating has been a real issue. Need to jump start and throw my body into some kind of shock therapy. Cause right now my body is saying to me WTF do  think u r doin?

Hey Ms BB!  I know you already know what you need to do.  We've all done bad here and there.  You're not that shy, lol.

Struggling with sweets lately-mostly chocolate candy bars.  I was never a big candy bar consumer prior to surgery.  Trying to break this habbit now.  Hopefully it's only a short phase I'm going through.  Funny thing is I try to justify it with getting the "fun size".  That's fine until you realize that you've eaten 8 of them

Other than that, still in the gym 5 days a week.  Or I should say, doing cardio 3x and weight training 2x per week.  Whenever I miss a night, I double up the next.

Other than my choco addiction, doing fairly good with other foods.  Protein coffee is pretty much routine in the mornings.  I try to follow up with at least one additional shake during the day.  I try to get my additional protein doses with food.  Taking vits okay also.

Today
B-protein coffee (45 grams)
L-ham/roast beef/cheese sammich with Pepsi zero
D-fried catfish nuggets (low carb breading) with two pieces of bre...hell a catfish sammich with hot sauce and ketchup.  (takes yawl back huh??)

Will try to limit my choco intake.

I was not a candy bar eater pre op but sweets cravings are a beast for me now.  I've found a few protien bars that do the trick plus hershy's unsweetenrd cocoa powder in my protein shake.

Hmmmm. Might have to try that cocoa in my protein coffee/shake.  Thanks for the tip MSW.

I have my head in the game today!! I started out with protein cocoa so I'm proud that I'm trying to start off right! I haven't had much of an appetites so that's a good thing.............oddly enough...........since I've been sick my pouch has been reactivated. When I try to eat, it's in very small portions.

I'm going to try to walk on the treadmill tonight during biggest loser. Nothing beats a failure but a try, right?

When nothing else could help................LOVE lifted me!!!!

Glad you're feeling better.  I like the exercise in front of the tv idea.  I'll see if I can make that work.
