HOLD MY FEET TO THE FIRE! ACCOUNTABILITY POST
Tell the whole truth and be accountable. Did you get the week off to the right start? Protien, water, you know how it works. I'm remembering you pre ops this morning. Its rough but you must keep getting back up when you trip.
Make progress this week people. No walking in place, no running in circles, no running away. Point yourself towards a destination and get going.
... All are welcome, jump in at anytime.

All supplements and eating on track. Calories 1181 / protien 81g/ net carb 34g/ fat 76g. No gym for me yesterday.
I'll be liquid focused today, of course my base 72g protien and most carbs from fiber keeping the net low. I also plan a good workout too. I reaaly need the burn.
It seems like you are struggling with liquids too but mine is usually just plain water. What types of liquids do you normally drink?

It used to be jus****er. Then post op that became hit or miss. So I added diluted sf drink mix, then to full strength, then to anything and everything decaf non carbonated and sf, then sf with caffine.
Hot, cold luke warm, room temp it all feels lumpy if that makes sense for liquids. It took months but I thought I finally had this down. Now its like six weeks out again. Two weeks ago I was struggling not to get too much because I have to hold it between 64oz to 90oz max.

I have gotten my food choices back on point bu****er/liquids and exercise are lacking. I had never thought of trying ginger ale that would be a change. I know a good burp helps me. There will be times I will drink something carbonated just so that I can burp to fell comfortable again.
