Three things leaped to my mind when I read this earlier today:

1. The boy looks like he's on dat stuff. Likka don't make you look that bad unless you've been sippin it for 20+ years straight.
2. He must have a CD or movie coming out soon and this is his twisted way of promoting it.
3. For a little short mah-fuggah he sure ain't afraid to go to jail as much as he likes to visits it.
