I have to post this early because all day on OH I've had 1 unread message and the inability to see any history in tracker.  Here it is before it is swallowed up and lost forever:  calories 1274/ protein 64g/ net carb 112g/ fat 55g/ liquids 80 oz incl 16 oz water.  

I kept the calories in check but I needed a break from dieting.  I went hog wild on ff chips and sf cake for my Sunday dinner.  Naughty me. 

Since I know I don't know how to act, I destroyed the entire package of each so I could not all out binge for the rest of the day.  It was good and a needed treat.  I ended up 8g short on my protien goal, but its been high most days this week so it all balances out.  

Too early for Monday morning weigh in.  I was shooting for 3 lbs, so far I've lost 2lbs for the week.  For the new week I'm pushing for 2-3lbs lost and protein training.

Thanks Gees,

I've got it in check.  I'd planned the chips but when I added the sweets I cut the calories elsewhere.  This once only guilty pleasure was done with as soon as I finished my "meal".  No chance of going back for more.

The scale still hasn't moved today but here is my plan:

B-coffee now and 2 sausage patties later
L-salad
D-salad with meat
Water-this is probably my problem for not losing weight. I am retaining water.  I hope to be able to get in the full 64 ounces in today.

I'm struggling with water too this week but we both know what to do... sip... sip... sip...........
