I foresee this week being a goood one for me.  Since my fill Friday I've returned to the basics and I must being doing something right since that 3 lbs that I let creep back on have dropped right off.

I'm sipping my first 20 oz of water, once I get that down I'll allow myself my 1st cup of coffee.

I hunted down my log in info for fitday so I can be accountable.

You wasted no time getting back to loosing.  I'm feeling weak today but you've given me a push with just how much a couple of days can matter.

Moi?  I gave you a push?  Thank you ma'am!

I get frustrated and angry at times on this journey, I can handle stalls, but its the regaining that I cannot let happen.  I stuck my head in the sand enough on my way up the scale-I can't keep it there.

I did good yesterday.  I went to a dinner party and to my surprise the meats were much leaner and well trimmed than usual.  My hostess, as naturally skinny as I am naturally fat,  kept my protien needs in mind (I am loved ).  The gravies were not as greasy, and everything was moist and rny friendly.  I kept the carbs under control with little portions.

Calories / protien g/ net carbs g/ fats g/ liquids 89oz including water 28oz    Still missing multi vits and missed a dose of the others too.     Not good.  Cardio, burned 861 calories for an estimated 1000 deficit for te day.

Detail to be filled when health tracker, which is operating ever so slooooooo today, finally loads yesterday.

I had two tablespoons of banana pudding and the dairy has me puffed up like the Stay Puff marshmallow man in Ghost Busters.  I'll be working on bringing down this puffiness so I will hopefully realize a 3 lb loss this week.  I'm on a dehydrate mission so hooray, guilt free caffine!

WHEW!!!  I am still worn out from all the crap I had to take care of yesterday!  GEEZ!!!!  LOL

Headed to Wally World - will keep this week's menu real simple - meat and veggies at every meal - period.  Chicken, fish or BBQ chopped beef, veggies are peas, baked beans, brussel sprouts or cabbage.  Dats it.

gym for me at 1 or 2 pmish - need to knock down some weight work and clear my head.

Curious feedback from my plastic surgeon on the bloating I see in my tummy area from time to time - intestinal health.  hmmmm - I do notice when I am gassy it's bloated - WOW - what a concept - as a fat ass, never could see the difference!  So, I'm going back to my daily probiotcs and will try a stool softener this week to see what happens.

Meat & veg only make things so simple.

I've heard probiotics aid regularity ald improve wl through better digestion.  Do they help with the gas?  What brand do you use?

Not sure if they help with gas - I figure if they help with digestion, gas kinda goes with it?  LOL!!!

I use Vitamin World's brand - cheaper than others.

My cheeks are deflating...LOL...and my face is back to slimming down.  I am still doing the dayum thing.  Alesia (my band) acted up real bad yesterday.  I was not able to eat anything and keep it down. So you would think that the scale would reflect another loss...NOT.  I am not giving up and will continue to low carb it through Saturday.

Today's plan;

B-I wasn't hungry so I did not eat.  I know don't tell me.
L-2 oscar mayer weiners
D-cabbage with ground beef and sausage
Water-? & diet lipton green tea with citrus

You keep negotiating with Alisia.  Hold your ground.  The scale will move, eventually.
