Wagon Plan
It works for me. The theory does anyway. I have not followed the wagon plan to the letter. If you control your calories and meet your protien goals, there is no harm done in trying it. It is not for quick and easy results as far as I know. Fat loss and preventing stalls is the objective.
It is very very similar to the plan I developed for myself. High protein, lower carb, vary carbs and calories to keep your body guessing. I based my plan on the methods body builders use to burn fat and retain muscle without stalling. From what I've been told of the author to the link in my daily accountability post, his goal was the same. Fat loss, muscle retention, fewer stalls.
It works for me far better than my surgeon and nutritionists plan. I struggle with weight gain and if I follow this ideology I do not gain and I loose better. It does take planning and work. Eating a set amount of calories/ carbs is easier to do than cycling daily. I stall or gain when I do not cycle.
I hope this helps.

The plan gives good advice and I liked eating that way, yes James may have been a quack but he was on to something that worked.
