Dang.. why you gotta go there already? lol

I saw her two weeks ago, and I go back again on thursday for my first of three nut visits.  So, basically i'm on 1500-1800 cals right now.  8 oz meat limit per day, daily limits: 100-180 g carbs, 25-30 g  fat, 60-70 g protein,  have to eat three meals a day, no drinks with calories, no bread of any kind, no fatty meats such as bacon and sausage. every thing i eat must be low/no fat. no butter- only butter-like spray. and i think that's about it for now.   the soup was aaight! dang!

hey mack!  hey fam,

i cooked baked chicken w/lots of sliced onions and fresh mushrooms, baked whole sweet potatoes and some broccoli slaw.

i looooooove brussel sprouts too and my recipe is:  first I slice them in half, season, including garlic powder (or preferably fresh garlic if i have it) then steam them in a skillet for a few minutes with water until they're semi-soft, then when the water is almost gone i add some olive oil and cook them until they're really soft... yummmmmmmmmmmmmm

hard to feed my 6 and 13 y.o. brussel sprouts in any fashion. but I love 'em fried with bacon and Tony Chachere's ... so I am gonna give the posted recipes a try. (gonna be some hungry children in KC) lol
Tonight I made baked chicken with mashed potatoes and sweet corn.  No corn or taters for me I was done after 1 drum stick (skinless of course).
this week : hamburger-tomato soup, chicken and broccoli rice, chicken taco salad, and at least 1 "fend for yourself" night.
