Way to go!!! you have got ur plan in full effect. I am gonna need the recipe when you figure how to hook up the low carb dressing, that was always my fave.

I haven't received a surgery date yet, my adult children made me promise to wait until after the holidays for my surgery so I can cook for and eat with them! I just hope I won't be doing my 2 wk pre-op liquid diet around either holiday because if I am they are S.O.L.!!!
I had surgery 7/6/09 and I was on clear liquids for the 4th of July... The smell of the BBQ was killin me ... but I was drinkin the heck out of my chicken broth and picturing myself in smaller sizes and lookin flyyy.
