Yesterday made a week of pretty good ones since I had to start fresh midstream last week.  Today I'm still keeping to atkins induction but back to recording my stats.  I'm over the temptation to see how many carbs I can squeeze in without too much damage.  Yesterday was the usual protein and veg, all vits and liquids.  Still not good on the plain water but one focus at a time.

More of the same today.  I'm easing back into the gym starting tomorrow because of my other issues.  You know by now I'm a problem child.  My muscles are screaming for activity.

I'm feeling good today because I've dropped an amazing 6.4 lbs this week making an average of 4.3 lbs a month since Labor Day.  I'd rather have a steady loss but I'll take it however I can get it.  My bust and hip measurements are back where they were in high school.  Too bad my breast and buttocks are in totally different places, lol.

Thats the ticket, getting it together immediately.  I'd kill for bread (love gyros) but it gets me in trouble every time.

I was busy yesterday and was unable to post.  I am happy to report that regardless of all the temptations that was presented....I resisted.  I survived day two of my recommittment and getting rid of my rising cheeks.

Thanks Marcia.  My cheeks rise rather quickly when I gain weight...it is and has always been my cue.

Hi:
I'm trying to get the sugar back out of my life.  I let it in the door and it refuses to leave.  Today is day 1.
