After weeks of hunting Jeremy down,
I finally found him and he gave me my GOOD NEWS...
NOV 19 Pre-Op Appts and DEC 8 for my surgery!!

I can't believe that after 3.5 years and 2 different docs, (and a surgery date that came and went - another long story) I finally get my date.

UHHH OHHH.....Just got a letter in from Scott & White @ my 6 month medically supervised diet??? I had that completed back in May 2008 and it won't expire till Dec 12, 2009. Don't think I ain't gonna call them up and get to the bottom of this ASAP!!!

Hope this isn't a set back for me!!!

Hi Kim,

That's great u finally have a date!!!!!!!!!! It sounds like you went through a lot to get this date don't give up stay on top of them. I hope that it won't be a set back for u either stay positive and everything will work out for you.
