Sausage n onion cheese quiche

That should keep me on track - I need to get back to losing - been maintaining while I lost focus, but it's time to get the party going again!!!!!

Hmm, today I plan to cook a turkey breast I'm defrosting while I'm at work.  I'll prpbably just have a salad and I'm craving cheesy potatoes to go with it.

No plans to cook for the rest of the week but I am looking for a good stuffed peppers recipe-I've got some bell peppers laying around and I've been craving them.

Mike made a wonderful stuffed pepper dish with italian sausage and provolone. He went back to bed so I will post the recipe when he gets up.

Please share the recipe for cheesy potatoes...THANKS!

I don't have the actual recipe-my friend that got me hooked on her Party Potatoes won't share it!

Pretty much its diced white potatoes, half a white onion chopped up small, one can of cream of mushroom soup, the soup can full of water, and shredded cheese-as much to your liking.  Mix all the ingredients up, bake in a 350 oven till the potatoes are tender (don't burn the cheese!).  Once potatoes are tender, top with french's onions and bake to form a crisp topping.

Yummy stuff.

If I  can ever get the true recipe from Deb I'll pass it on-but this is my version.

Alrighty I got the real recipe:

1 pkg frozen hash browns
1 cup sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 onion diced and sauteed

Mix all together, top with Frenches fried onions adn bake at 350 degrees 40-45 minutes.

Hey Trina!

Still football season and no cooking for me. Mike put a roast in the slow cooker and I hope I can get it down. The last one he cooked (in the oven) was tough as heck and after a few chews, I got stuck and up it came.

Not sure about the sides...probably veggies.

Have a great day!

That no noodle lasagna sounds good.  I may try it with eggplant instead of zuchini.

I'm fixing a pot of lentils in the slow cooker today and maybe some salmon croquetts if I can get to the store for that fresh rosemary.  You've got me using it all the time now.

I'll use this extra hour to haul my ass to Mass today.  Can't say I loss track of time and missed church with this extra hour.
