LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
Two respectable days in a row. There may be hope for me yet. I remember when good days were the rule and not the exception. I need to un flip that screw up switch. This 'tween' stage is tough because I've learned too many ways I can work around the pouch.
I'm focused on protein. Still recording what I eat but trying to stay away from th stats as they are leading me astray with thoughts of how much carb I can get away with. I dropped 0.6 lbs in the first two days of Atkins induction compared to about 2 lbs since Labor Day weekend.
Yesterday it was three protein meals and two protein snacks. Vits taken. 48 oz water 64 oz liquids total. Feeling lousy so no exercise. Today more of the same. I still feel like crap but I'll try to move just a little. On the menu:
beef & spinach
chicken & avocado
sausage or beef patty
maybe chicken wings
