Good news! Looking forward to pictures.
Now that I'm only partially sedated lol, I'd just like to thank everyone for their well wishes and prayers, they were very much needed and appreciated.
This has indeed been one rollercoaster event. Contractions started at 6am and were 9 minutes apart. Had my regular OB/GYN appt at 9:15 and was sent to labor and delivery. Brandon was getting more and more stressed with every contraction and we had to have an emergency C section.
The umbilical cord was wrapped around his neck, across his chest and under his arm...on top of that, he was facing the wrong direction! But all is well that ends well, we're doing great. Doc even hooked me up with tightening my abdominal muscles so all I need is a panniculectomy which is covered by insurance. Yay!
