i was bout to send the people out looking for you..i've been looking for you since 10am..lol

Girl they had me running ragged today.  I work in a call center for a tpa, so besides the joys of a normal call center, we have the added stress of having to meet asa's in order to avoid being fined by the client.  So, besides them trying to micromanage excessively today & probably the rest of the week,  to make sure we're not fined. I am an "unofficial" specialist, so I'm trying to help claims, testing our IVR's and assist other csr's that need help.

So for a minute, I though I'd have to wait to this evening to do it.  Although I did get my chicken for lunch!!

i dont know what be wrong with these employers expecting and wanting us to work..lol..
