I had surgery 9/17/2009 ( time goes by fast lol) It was exactly 10 days before my birthday, did anyone else notice there surgery was close to their birthdays?

Yes my surgery date was 7/2 and my birthday is on 7/16. First time is years I got such a great present. Even getting automobiles for my birthday in the past didn't compare.

I wish mine was that close. I had mine on 02/12 and was relased on V-day (02/14) Oh.. and my b-day is 3/27.

Since 2/12/08. I have went from 364 to 210. Thank You RNY!

Yup. My bday was 10/16 and my surgery date is 10/30. My original date was 9/25 but I told them that I wanted to be able to celebrate my bday without restriction, so they gave me 10/30. So now I refer to my surgery date as "Birthday #2" lol

I make decisions according to age, i.e. setting dates to accomplish or work toward things. I planned to do something about my weight by 50. I was 4 years late.
