Everything you said is so true. It really is all about examining our lives and identifying those things that have been self distructive in our past and making a change. I know for me...it feels so good to have that heightened sense of self awareness. I now feel that if I do something that I know is unhealthy its because I am making a choice and not doing it because I am in a blind stupor because of a binge or unresolved feelings.
You said a mouthful...its all about growth...no matter the wl procedure, relationship or cir****tance we may be dealing with at any time in our life.
