salmon dishes

Has anyone had salmon croquette's and if you did how did you prepare them.

 I pour out the liquid and mash the fish in a bowl.  Stir in a beaten egg and add just enough cracker crumbs to make it stick together.  Salt and pepper to taste.  Use cooking spray and fry in a non-stick pan.

Mine are about the same as Sue's....I do add chopped onion and green peppers, and use a small amount of bread crumbs instead of crackers.

I knew there was something special about you.  Girl that's the same way I make mine and I kid you NOT, my daugther and niece would eat those everyday if they could.  Just COSTS so much per can.  LOL

I forgot about the onions! 

I've never tried the green peppers though.

Mine are the same as everyone else's except  I use panco bread crumbs.  They are just a little crunchier and I like that.

I want to try those.  I see them using them on the Food Network and they look so good.

Also try it with a spicy mustard and/or tumeric. They add a nice flavor to it as well.
