Another question about 6 month diet...

So I was talking to somebody on OH and they told me that when they started their 6 months supervised weight loss diet their doc included the previous month that she went in. Even though it wasnt for weight loss they still documented all the info needed for insurance purposes. (Ht, wt, bmi, etc) So that knocked her down to 5 months.....

Anyway my question is I started my 6 months in Aug, but I went in on the 24th of July to ask my doc questions about the surgery. So she documented my info in that visit. So even if I officially started my diet on Aug 8 can she still document July's visit as the first month? (I know its only like 2 weeks, but the doc's visit was in the next month)???  OMG I hope I didnt confuse anybody! Thanks for your responses as always!

By the time you go through all the collecting of documents, waiting for the surgeon's office to submit, waiting for approval, and then waiting for a date.....the two weeks will be irrevelant. I know this time is nerve racking but just take it one day at a time and soak up as much info as you can while you wait. Good luck to you!
