What song is this?  I know a few people that I should have listen to it.

The  song's title is Women be Wise.  It's an old blues tune by Sippie Wallace.  It's been covered by Bonnie Raitt and Nnenna Freelon.

I am so glad that at 16 and talking too much about my new boyfriend, an old lady took pity on me, pulled me under her wing and drilled that song into my head.  It was good that I advertised to a super senior citizen or I would have messed up big time.
