I did well yesterday and for the past couple of days.  I allowed myself a small carb treat of half a sponge cake tart with canned fruit.  I wasn't very big but I made it last, lol.

Preliminary stats give me a calorie deficit around 950 for the day.  A little short of my 1000 mark due to a late night protein snack so I could get closer to my 100g.  I estimate about 95g protein which is well above my requirement.  Except for the tart, no other carbs for the day.

All supplements, water, exercise are on target.

I've been low carbing since the eigth grade.  I'm a natural carnivore just add some beans, veg & a little fruit (uh oh, trigger food).

This carb craving thing is crazy.  It started post op about five months out.  I really think its all in my head because carbs have always left me feeling sluggish.

Yesterday and today have not been my best days this week.  Gotta love those time of the month cravings.  But I've worked up a sweat doing houswork this am, and plan to get in a nice lon walk with the dogs this afternoon.

When I go overboard on the calories or carbs I add some extra exercise too.  It sure beats wallowing in my error and compounding it.

I'm still here, and I'm still losing!  Yesterday my eating was great and I did 75 minutes on the treadmill!

Burn those calories girl!  About 6 mo pre op my cardiologist got me doing a minimum of an hour at my target heart rate.  I'd been doing 45 min and I thought the extra 15 would kill me.  I know how good it feels when you can workout hard for so long.  It gets addictive.
