Hey Chelle, good to see you! Yes, I am gonna give it one more try...they say the third time is a charm right? We will see..yes we are planning a wedding on the beach next year around April in California, we don't have a date yet, but we have a month for now...I finally found my true soul-mate after all these years.

Wow....good question...my top ten (plus one):

1 Honesty is numero uno (totally agree)
2 Effective at communication
3 Intelligent enough with common sense
4 Takes care of business (solid work ethic) 
5 Genuinely loves kids
6 Passionate and sexually compatible to ME
7 Flexible, Spontaneous, Adventuresome
8 Strong mentally but capable of being sensitive
9 Physically attractive to ME (not measuring by anyone elses standards)
10 Good sense of humor
11 Giving and believes service to others is a good thing   

I like your list too MD! Especially Flexible, Spontaneous and Adventurous....that REALLY sold me on Erik, we are always on the go in a different states doing something fun and adventurous...we plan on traveling the world in our golden years...which is not far away

As everyone else has stated, THIS IS A GREAT POST!!!!

My List:

1. Have a relationship with Jesus Christ and be active in some sort of ministry - I can not be un  -equally yoked because I know me and I need a strong man of God to be the head of me.
2.Honesty in all his dealings
3. Generous with his time & treasures - not looking for a sugar daddy but I can't stand no tight man.
4. Laid back personality - patient, loving & compassionate.
5. Great communicator
6. Good in bed - just be sexually compatible with me
7. Stable family man - enjoys being around family, kids & dogs
8. Romantic - does the small things to make me feel like I am treasured
9. MONOGAMOUS - I do not share, you get one chance with infidelity
10. Not married more than once.

There are more but these are probable the most important to me in no certain order.

You have a great list too , I am lucky Erik has never been married and no kids and that was a big plus for me since he did not have a lot of baggage and we can just both start fresh...I also like Stable familly man that is VERY HARD to find in 2009 trust me, I looked long and hard for that; but they are out there....

Well,, I've already found my "soulmate",,  I've known him for 46 years,
just married him six years ago.  Had to make sure he was ready and
able to handle me.

1. He makes me laugh.
2. He's beyond kind to me.
3. He tolerates all my bull**** like when I wake him up
at 3:00 am and ask him if he's dreaming of me.
4.  Seriously,, he has "house chores".,, and he does them.
5.  He does the laundry (including ironing) but he WILL NOT dust.
6.  He cooks, (the rule is,, first one home has to cook)
 along with,, (last one out of the bed has to make it)
7. He'll take me anywhere that I want to go.
8.  He's handsome to me,,
9.  Lastly,, his pay is mine, he gets a small "allowance",

What I don't like,,

1. He constantly puts the lid down on the toilet.
2.  He sits on the bed after its made.  ****** me off.
3.  He CAN NOT DANCE  never could,, and he's the first one
out on the dance floor.,,,
