One Week Post Op Surgery Update

Thank you for your support.

It feels best for me when I lay down.

Sitting up for long periods of time causes me discomfort.

Calories will come when you get off of the liquids.

I am not even worried about calories now since it is not even two weeks yet.

I am ready for the staples out on the 27th and the real food to be introduced back in.

I am glad that you are doing well too.

Congratulations on your revision and it's good to know that you are making a speedy recovery.

Your weight loss is AMAZING!  As far as the itching goes, try taking a washcloth in lukewarm water and put it on the site where itchy.  It does help. Other than that benadryl is the only thing you can take.  They can give you some type of steroid treatment if it's really bad.  Your appt is the 27th and so is my 2 month postop appt.  We'll have to touch base that day.
