Protein Train is making it's final stop!!!

Morning BAF!!

This is my last stop as conductor for the protein train. If someone else would like to conduct.............be my guest!

As for me, the protein train worked for me once I started honestly riding it.

How did you guys do?

When nothing else could help................LOVE lifted me!!!!

Said I wouldn't tell nobody,but I couldn't keep it to myself. Started riding the train on Tuesday and I have lost 7 pounds. My doctor wanted me to try low-carbing and it worked. Praise him.
