My Doc's Surgery Schedular is MIA
Oh where, oh where could my surgeons scheduler be,Oh where, oh where is Jeremy
I have been waiting oh so patientlyFor a week he's been hiding from me!!
OK for real I'm about to go move into his office and stick to him like white on rice til he gives me my date. I went in and got my final clearance (chronic abdominal pain issues) from my surgeon last week and he informed me that Jeremy - his scheduler would be calling me later that afternoon with my early to mid November date.
OK I had me a check list:
1. Made sure that Jeremy was in the office that day
2. Made very sure to have BOTH cell phones fully charged
3. Made sure to keep said phones on me at all times
4. Made sure I gave him enough time to call me with date - waited til Friday
5. Made sure I called the office first thing on Monday since I didn't get one last week with my date
So right about now, Im's 'bout ready to go cowgirl
and rounds me up some Jeremy and his coveted little schedule book...whadaya think???As The Days Go By, I'm Working My Way Back

Girl, sometimes they make you show your tail. I had a similar situation, either the coordinator wasn't there or if she was, the nurse wasn't there & for some reason it took both of them to make my appointment. so, when I had my appointment the following week & was told that they both would be there, after i got done doing my final round of pre-surgery appointments, dou you know that heiffer (the coordinator) had the nerve to leave before i was done?
So, I cornered the nurse & told her that I WAS TOLD that I would be recieving a date today & regardless of if the coordinator was still there or not, but I WASN"T LEAVING until I got a date. So, when they saw I wasn't the one to mess with that day (hands on hip, pooched out lips, eyes slanted, voice escalating each time I had to repeat myself), her & the secretary got on board & gave me a tenative date.
So, do what you've got to do. It's about you!
