Be careful running 2 days in a row and just starting, your knees are very sensitive the first few weeks and you need that rest day . If you ran hard tonight you may want to run again on Saturday since you can't run friday,
see how your knees feel.
If you have been running for a while you can do it tomorrow, if you are just starting I recommend you give your knees a break and run Saturday, but not Sunday cause we run on Mon.
