WTF!!!!!!!

no she wasn't arrested..however come june of 10 insurance will be mandatory in wisconsin..i think it should be mandatory in every state..but i work in insurance..lol..but from a claimant stand point it makes since..cause now my insurance is paying out and it goes on my loss history until she repays it..and she can not pay it and get a lien..but until they are reiumbursed its on my loss history..

Glad your son is ok.  It will be hell getting that deductble but you can fight to make sure your insurance does not pay her a dime.  She's going to try hard on that one. 

The law doesn't do jack with these careless drivers until they kill someone.  My car wa**** by an unlicensed illegal alien driving an unregistered vehichle with stolen plates.  He was drunk and had several prior dui's.  I had hell to prosecute him.  In the end he only got some bull **** alchoholics counseling.  The "system" was annoyed with me for  insisting he be prosecuted.

Some people are idiots, she wishes it was your sons fault so she could get some money, such a moron. For some reason people see you have a nice car and say oh they can afford it then push the blame on you. I had a similar situation happen, I had to threaten to sue the dumb punk who hit my car then he tried everything in his power to say It was my fault. Even the dumb cop believed him at first, and was going to give me a ticket, until he inspected the damage and said it was the guys fault. Funny thing the white guy who hit my car didn't get a ticket, blatant racism towards me.

I know about the german cars, my MB e500 was in the shop for four weeks, and it was one year old, so there should of been parts. Best of luck, and make sure the engineer checks everything, because in german cars there are so many different sensors, electrical systems, and other vitals of your car, all over the car, that what appears to be a dent from a grocery basket can turn into a serious issue. I know first hand.

I hope you get your car back soon. Glad to hear your son is ok, because cars can be replaced but lives cant.

Thank God your son is O.K.  I have been in  at least 3 rear fender' bender's  and only one had insurance.  I just got a new vehicle and even when they was going to tank it up.  The sale man had to avoid 2 drivers both on the phone.  GOOD LUCK

I am so sorry about your accident and you having to pay the $500 deductible.  On a positive note I'm glad your son is okay and I'm glad you taught him what to do in case he is ever in a accident because she could've tried to play on him.  But I'm glad everything worked out okay.  Good luck with you parts and everything.
