WTF!!!!!!!
What is wrong with people..ok so last Friday my son wa**** in my new car..yes the CC is damaged..so this woman turns left and hits my car and spins my car it hits the curb blah blah blah..ok why this woman in her mind think its my sons fault..ok wait maybe you didn’t hear me..she was turning left, she hit the drivers side REAR tire..she claims he ran a red light..ok if he ran a red light idiot you ran a red light..and you didn’t hit him in the front..you hit the rear of the car..so he was already in the intersection when you decided to turn..ok wait..on top of that her car was already damaged..my son was taking pics and she says “oh you don’t need to take pics" oh like my son is stupid as you..first I have been in insurance for 22 years don’t try to get over on my kids…ok so this fool is on the phone with the adjustor today..the adjustor calls and is like Kellie I spoke to the woman and I just…I just don’t know what to say about her..I told her you can call her stupid as all fck..ok so in the course of the conversation this is what is said..were there any passengers in the car..No, were there any injuries yes my daughter..ok wait you just said there were no passengers..oh I made a mistake..ok do you have any pre existing damage to your car.No..ok well I have pictures of your pontiac and there appears to be duck tape on the part of your car that hit my insureds..oh well I had an accident in January..ok then that is PRE EXISTING damage..ok..wait it gets better..then the adjustor asks where did you hit the car..oh I didn’t hit it, well where did the damage happen to which she replies in the intersection..ok so this fool apparently feels if she doesn’t say she hit him then its not her fault..i want to call her and say go to your smartest friend..your smartest friend and her/him if you turn left and hit someone does it matter if you hit them in front of the drivers door or behind the drivers door when determining fault..ok let me get back to the call..this fool ends the call with the adjustor asking are you paying to fix my car.. Ok look all I’m saying is I’m getting my $500 deductible willingly or unwillingly from this fool..i don’t care if she has to pay me in food stamps..i don’t give a hot dam but she paying me my $500 deductible..the estimate right now is at $7200 that’s based on what they see, oh but the VW mechanic hasn’t come yet to see whats wrong with the engine..oh and the body shop tells me at the very earliest it will be done next week..but we don’t really think that will happen cause we have to figure out where to get the parts from..then he says to me as a joke “you know thats a new car"..i’m like ok don’t mess with me..ya’ll better get on a plane and fly to germany and get my parts to fix my car…

..............How dose the law deal with people with out insurance ?? in wisconsin insurance isn't mandatory..it will be though come june 2010..so right now if she doesnt pay or default on a repayment she sets up with the insurance company should would be required to have an sr22 filed..which is proof of insurance you have to have to have a drivers license or a vehicle registered..

Although I responded on the b/l in regards, there is not a lot you really can do. I am STILL waiting for my deductible I had to pay when someone slammed in the back of my car 3 years ago. So good luck with that....
I owe three more years on my Murano and would LOVE for someone to total my car (without me in it of course) so I can be one step closer to getting my 2010 Camaro..
On the bright side this is only something materialistic that can be easily replaced, be THANKFUL your son wasn't hurt or killed.
