Scoop of vanilla protein powder with 4 oz water and coffee. Why I did not put them together I do not know.  I will be having a banana later.

I'm having green tea w/2 scoops of protein (52g) just for M.S.W......I need to ramp it up!

52g at one time?  Too much.  That amount is reserved for body builders.  Keep it at 30-35g at a time.

Well, I'll be..................I don't know what I'd do without you guys. I had no idea........I just thought.......I better ramp it up. I have only drank half so that explains why I couldn't tolerate it much.

  Ms Talisha thanks for the luv!  You're really working on that 100g's, go girl. 

I'm with cookie about having so much protein at one time.  I've read the issue of being able to absorb only 30g at a time is false and was based on bad research; however, my surgeon suggests no more than 40g at once.  I do a scoop after each workout since I split my cardio and strength.

As for today's breakfast, well  .

1/2 Asiago Cheese Bagel, with Sundried Tomato Cream Cheese and Salmon Croquette on top.  Sounds a little gross but good!
